WHO AM I

Growing up in a charming Western Chinese city meant endless blue skies and fresh air. At 18, the tech world grabbed my attention, and I dove headfirst into computer science. But a few years later, in 2015, I discovered the fascinating world of data analysis – it was like cracking a secret code! This new passion fueled my decision to chase grad school across the globe in the US. There, I learned from amazing people and became a data and tech whiz (well, at least I think so!).

WHY START SMALL

"Start Small" is my little corner of the internet! After graduating, I landed a remote position as a business analyst, which lets me connect with awesome people all over. But I wanted to build something even bigger, a space to share ideas about work, life, and everything in between. So, "Start Small" was born! It's a place to connect, learn, and grow together.
